A very short walk (2 – 5 minutes) takes you to the village centre and to the nearest ski lifts are just 300 meters from the Chalet granting access to the Dolomiti Super Ski Area with its 1200 km of ski pistes.
First Floor : the open plan living space with a view of the stunning Sella Massif; bar and fully equipped professional kitchen. The open plan area opens onto the south-facing terrace, whilst the evening sun can be best enjoyed from the back terrace with its lounge area and central fireplace. The chalet also boasts an ‘in-home cinema’ / games room with a Play Station 4, and fitness room, ski and boots room.
Ground Floor : a 70m² spa and relaxation area with Finnish and bio sauna, whirlpool and relax area and an outdoor hot tub.
Bedrooms: Mastersuite : 40 m² - has dividable beds, a free-standing bathtub and fireplace. The en-suite has a wet room and the toilet bidet are separate; Suite 1 : 25 m² – dividable beds and extra bed possible. En-suite with shower; Suite 2: 22 m² – 160 cm double bed. We understand that given the evolving COVID-19 situation, health and wellbeing are at the forefront of your mind and we would like to assure you that they are always mandating our thoughts and actions concerning our guests and people.
Our team is currently working remotely to help contain and mitigate the spread of the virus but we are all available via email and phone to assist with any questions and enquiries.
We realize that amidst this unusual period the travel plans of our guests have been disrupted so we have put a number of measures in place so that you can book with confidence and peace of mind with Esmeralda Luxury Villas.
Flexible Cancellation & Payment Policy
Addressing the concerns of future guests, we are currently offering additional levels of flexibility by relaxing our standard cancellation policy, facilitating the decision-making process and commitment level to book their villa for this upcoming summer. For any new booking, we offer free cancellation up until April 30th, while the deadline may be extended till mid-May. This way our guests can still secure their preferred property, with more time to make up their minds and proceed to final commitments.
For existing bookings, falling on early summer dates, we are extending the balance payment due date to April 30 and we will re-evaluate at a later date to decide if a further extension would be required. Additionally, whenever needed, we will work together with our guests and owners to move bookings to a later date.
